The baths were great with hot and cold water. The crew was helpful and attentive. The location was superb, with easy access to shopping malls and plenty of food choices. The ambiance at the reception area was light. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with friendly staff and a variety of options. The hotel had a convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and amenities like a gym and pool.

Our Xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! We loved the luxurious and spacious room that was perfect for our family. the location of the hotel was amazing, right in the heart of a shopping district with many great restaurants and cafes to choose from. the walkability factor was a highlight for us as we enjoyed exploring the area on foot.

The limited parking options available. We were only allowed to park one car, which was quite inconvenient given the amount we paid for the room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast was tasty and had a great variety of food. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious, complete with a kitchenette and a tub. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops.

The lack of available parking was a major issue as we had to wake up early to relocate our car to avoid being towed and the overnight parking fee at the nearby mall was expensive. The decor was also outdated and the reception area was not well-maintained.
